Ian has a great attitude. He helped to put me and my 12-year-old daughter's mind at ease. She was crying and worried and he talked with her (and me) throughout my vital checks and told her about his time as a vet tech. He made both of us feel better while doing his job well. Ian was also the only person who followed through on bringing me food after I'd been in the ER for nearly 16 hours. Food I could eat due to my allergies. Breakfast had been brought to me earlier but I could not eat it due to dairy. He started his shift and brought me a sandwich that was plain and perfect. Ian was a breath of fresh air and was very much appreciated during a time of stress.
