Iberay has given the absolute best care and attention that we needed both before and after my recent back surgery. Communication is so important when taking care of a patient, and she has given me 3 email contacts to reach her, and of course, she always answers any phone messages left, usually within hours.
Iberay's genuine care certainly shows and she has very good knowledge, easily explaining X-Ray results to where I could understand exactly what I am feeling. One example of her true dedication is she called me at home at 7:30 in the evening on a Friday. She was still at work calling patients that left phone messages earlier in the day. Many workers try to leave early on Friday, and she was still in the office working at 7:30 pm.
