My family and I wish to express our heartfelt appreciation for the kindness and excellent care of my mother. From the very beginning Ms. Robbie, Ms. Lesley, Ms. Leslie, and Ms. Cassandra created such a caring environment with such an impeccable high standard of care, delivered with such warmth during a difficult time.

Every morning and shift change, I have been greeted by each and every one of you. To say that I have been impressed by the bedside manner and compassion is an understatement because it is something you rarely find these days. Every one of you has demonstrated total commitment to caring for my mother from the moment she came to the critical care floor. I am happy to witness this on a daily basis and the same committed care continues, as of today.

We thank you for providing an empathetic ear and compassionate hand when the life-changing diagnosis is delivered.
