Ted cares about all St. Clare employees and does not hesitate to help others. On many occasions, Ted has come to the Med-Tele unit and helped to calm or clarify for Korean-speaking patients. I know when we need a little something more, he’s the guy. He came to help one morning and it turned out the patient did not speak Korean. He stayed anyway in his CAPR and called the son on video chat. He helped the patient learn how to take the BiPAP on and off until she was comfortable. This was all being done through the son translating. He spent plenty of time and was so caring, that we were able to take her off a 1:1. This wasn’t the first time he’s come to our unit to help and he is one of the kindest and most caring nurses St. Clare has.
