Ilda seemed so genuine and nice. She really cared. On my third day, I asked Ilda if I will ever be able to wash my hair during my stay. She said that she would wash my hair for me the following morning knowing that her shift ends at 7 pm, and as 7 pm came, Ilda came to my room. She said to give her a few minutes then she would wash my hair. I asked her if her shift was over and that she should go and maybe I could get someone else to help me. She said, "no, we have a plan to wash your hair". I insisted that she not feel obligated. She carefully and thoroughly washed my hair. I was so impressed with her dedication and sincerity, I wanted to kiss her. She went above and beyond her line of duty, a smile on her face the entire time. Ilda, in my opinion, deserves anything that sets her apart from the others. She was an absolute highlight of my stay and I will always remember her selflessness and dedication.
