I was Iliana's patient for two consecutive days in March. I had been praying for guidance so I could accept and be at peace with whatever I would have to go through, and I believe Ilianna was the answer to my prayers. She treated me with respect, care, and concern from the moment she entered my room. She took the time to listen, and I never felt that she was in a hurry to leave my room.

She made it a point to be in the room when doctors were present, advocating for me by asking questions that I had forgotten to ask. If she didn't know the answer to a question, she went above and beyond to find out the information for me. Her calming manner and telling me it's going to be okay went a long way in making me feel at ease. Ilianna is a star example of what healthcare should be. She always puts her patient first, demonstrating professionalism, knowledge, care, and genuine concern. I felt she was an angel sent from Heaven.
