My 1.5-year-old medically-complex daughter was admitted through the ER due to COVID-19. It was a very uncertain and chaotic time for our family, but Ilidio was deeply compassionate and reassuring, making me (mom) and my daughter both feel at ease, even under the circumstances. 

I cannot thank Ilidio enough for the 2 days that we were lucky to be cared for by him. My daughter had very acute symptoms in the beginning and required constant check-ins, medication, and tending to the machines. Ilidio was really empathetic and went above and beyond on all the situations that arose- what was really touching for us is that he ensured her medical needs were checked and our questions were answered by various specialists, and he personally followed-up to confirm that we were clear and comfortable for the care and recommendations that we received.

Thank you, Ilidio, for being a ray of sunshine during our quarantine in the hospital room. We are truly grateful for your care, dedication, and compassion. This facility and community are lucky to have such a wonderful, devoted, and skilled healthcare worker like you.
