I nominated Ilona for going the extra mile. We currently have 3-pound twins in our nursery and their father is frequently seen throughout the hospital in his Gaelic kilt. He loves to talk about his Welsh heritage and was hoping to buy the twins matching kilts one day when he could afford it. Ilona designed and sewed the twins and their mother matching kilts. They are adorable, to say the least.
