Ilyssa Kritz is the Functional Nurse on 2 Monti. Ilyssa demonstrates excellent clinical and critical skills beyond her years of experience. She demonstrates a clear passion for working with our population. She forms strong bonds with many of our patients and listens, comforts, and supports them as needed. She is well respected by her peers and has developed strong relationships with the PAs, Residents, and Physicians that work alongside the staff on 2 Monti.

She was even asked to present this extraordinary work at the National TeamStepps Conference this past June in Washington DC.
