Ms. Park never forgets how important it is to address her patients' basic needs. She is the one you will see taking patients to the shower, making sure that her patients are comfortable. The way she provides care makes me realize how little things can make a difference and how today counts in taking patient experience to the next level. She encourages all of us to be better nurses.
