April 2026 Honoree
Imma Andriulli, BSN, RN
Your hospital has amazing staff; one in particular deserves special recognition. Imma walked into my room, and I immediately felt her calm, confidence, and easy manner. She dispensed my medication while the assistant took my vitals. Imma asked if I needed anything. I requested a washcloth and a towel. I had it before she went into the next patient's room. During the night, I needed help going to the bathroom with my IV. She appeared almost immediately. I asked how she got there so quickly, and she told me she walks the floor when she can. I have never experienced such quiet and peace in a hospital. I felt safe knowing that if I needed her, she would be there in a flash. Normally, a shift change creates discussion and a lot of movement outside the room, but this did not happen when Imma arrived or when she left. The entire night felt devoted to patients and comfort.
Thank you, Imma, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
