My father had a procedure done this morning at the vascular and cardiac center in Sugar Land. I want to let you know that our nurse, Imran, went above and beyond to make my father, my mother and myself feel comfortable and informed. He was extremely knowledgeable about the procedure and took the time to explain it in detail to us all. He was very courteous, friendly, and professional. My father was beyond impressed and grateful. He said many times how impressed he was by his professionalism and how efficient he was. He did not know my father was a physician until a couple hours into us meeting and want to let you know that he spoke to us all with such respect from the minute he entered the room. Never did he oversimplify and once he knew my father was a physician he continued with the same amazing and detailed care. I cannot say enough good about him. He made us feel so comfortable during a very scary time.

Imran really cares about me as a person. He took his time to explain the process step by step. I was so nervous, but he said, "Don't worry, you got this." From the moment I met him and began to speak to him, I knew I was in good hands.

Outstanding care, compassion, and knowledge. He was able to take care of me before and after the cardiac cath. Extremely attentive explained and all the details of what I should do and not do before and after the procedure. I am a physician and I can tell that he is an exceptional caregiver.
