There is no amount of thanks that could ever express how grateful/thankful I am for Indeia. Since PCC has merged with MIU it has been extremely exhausting maintaining both sides. Every time I work with Indeia (the charge nurse) she helps me in ways.
I couldn't be more thankful for it. Because of her, the workload is a lot more manageable. She is always asking me if I need help and when I say no, she still finds ways to. When the call bell goes off, she assists right away. She doesn't just ask, she also takes changes and lightens the workload for me. Some days are more hectic and busy than others but Indeia still manages to help me 100%.
Not only is she helpful but also very kind-hearted when helping me on the PCC side. I've watched her be very gentle and compassionate towards them. MIU has been taken out of our comfort zone yet it hasn't changed us from being less caring and helpful towards the PCC patients. I simply cannot thank Indeia for being there for me, PCC nurses and patients, and MIU nurses and patients. She has been my constant sunshine every day I come to work, especially adjusting to our new norm.
