We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to Inderjit S. Bajwa, RN, for the exceptional care he provided during our mother’s recent stay at Kaiser Fremont. Inderjit consistently went above and beyond, demonstrating genuine compassion, attentiveness, and professionalism, even during some of the most challenging moments of her recovery.

Our mother was physically very weak and required frequent assistance with toileting. Inderjit was always there, checking on her regularly, offering support without delay, and ensuring she was comfortable. His timely attention and willingness to help made her feel safe and cared for at all times.

He communicated clearly and compassionately, addressed our concerns with patience and humility, and helped ease our anxiety. His thoughtful and respectful approach, combined with his ability to treat patients like his own family, had a profoundly positive impact on our mother’s experience and recovery.

We are deeply grateful for his dedication and kindness. Inderjit is truly an outstanding nurse, and we sincerely thank him for the care he provided.
