Indira Roberson, RN

I observed Indira coming in on her day off to bring a patient flowers and sit and just hang out. The patient has been on our floor for multiple weeks with no visitors, and his prognosis was poor. The patient was becoming very depressed, so Indira, being an amazing, thoughtful nurse, went out and bought flowers, balloons. She came in and just sat and talked with the patient on her day off. The patient's smile showed me how much he appreciated the visit and gift. Thank you, Indira, for going above and beyond for your patients.
