Our baby girl was admitted 3 days after being born. Upon learning that she needed an IV, I was hysterical! She would be in pain! Two nurses tried to start an IV, but no luck. Then Ines came in and talked to us, assuring us that she would be able to get her tiny vein without causing too much stress on her. She did just that! My baby had her IV in, we were calm and we saw how great a teacher she was. She explained why, how and when to the student nurse and to us. We love how compassionate she is.
