Nurse Ines was extremely attentive to my mother (the patient). She mentioned constantly my mother’s vital signs and was anticipating possible problems. I felt that she, more that any other nurse, cared for my mother’s comfort and well being. I am convinced that she kept my mother alive during several bad heart episodes. She showed extreme care in controlling my mother’s heart rate when it proved almost impossible to keep under control. Nurse Ines was not just doing her job. She ran herself ragged doing more that what was reasonably expected of her.

Nurse Ines is a superior nurse in every aspect. I am also convinced that she is a superior human being. My whole family was impressed by this nurse and her caring attitude. I very much appreciate her intervention on my mother’s behalf in recommending that she be kept longer in the ICU. She was consistent with communication with the doctor in charge of my mother’s care. I want others to know how exceptional a nurse that she is.
