infusion center nurses queen valley medical center

I walk into the Infusion Center every 4 weeks for my rheumatology infusion and am greeted with huge smiles and a, "How's it going?" These two nurses have my back. I am directed to my infusion chair where, for the next 2.5 hours I am made to feel like a queen. "Warm blanket for your feet, hon?" and "Can I bring you a diet soda?" (They remember I like Diet Coke.) And then the trading of stories begins. "How was your daughter's wedding? Tell me about your large family." I can't even feel the IV go into my arm. That's how gentle and good they are at their job! In no time the hours have whizzed by and I have chatted and laughed more in the last 2 hours than I have all week. And all due to these two lovelies who have made me feel safe, comfortable, entertained, and most of all, loved! They love their patients and it shows! God bless them!
