Ingrid is one of the most dedicated nurses I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She has worked through personal and professional hardships to be where she is today, and she always does it with a smile. She is as dedicated to her team and providers as she is to her patients. She treats everyone with the utmost importance and never makes you feel like you deserve anything less than all of her attention. It is clear from everything she does that she is called to this profession, and I can honestly say USA would be a little less special without her on the team.

Ingrid is such a joy to work with. Day to day, when questions are asked regarding her department, I instantly know there is no need to worry about the answer, as Ingrid knows the answer. There have been numerous occasions with this nurse that led to the bettering of clinic flow in general. She always has a positive outlook and a can-do attitude. Oftentimes, we get bogged down on the issue and who caused the issue, but not her. She instantly moves to providing solutions. She has great instincts and knows when delegation and teamwork are necessary in order to provide the greatest result. She has actually vocalized in many instances how the quality of care provided to the patients is her utmost priority. I admire Ingrid's ability to lead and set positive examples. The ongoing service and dedication she shows for her department and community are nothing short of miraculous. It is truly impressive to be able to witness her leadership. Everyone can learn something from Ingrid.
