Ingrid was nominated for the Daisy award by a patient. Ingrid's patient acknowledged that Ingrid was a "Godsend" during her cancer journey and would light up the room with her personality when she walked in. 

The patient shared that Ingrid spent time explaining the next steps, was thorough, but also injected her caring and sympathetic mannerisms. Ingrid was described as a "gem of an employee who always goes the extra mile for her patients".
