Pol is an amazing person to have around, the positive energy that she irradiates is contagious and makes every single shift better and makes you feel that everything is possible even on really busy shifts. She is always keen to help and support every department and never gets tired of smiling and cheering up her colleagues which facilitates good communication among the team, which at the same time, improves better relationships and improves teamwork. She is always able to see the positive in every situation.

Her genuine passion for life and everything she does makes a huge difference in her way of caring for our women, babies, and family members. She looks after as if the clients she is with, were her family members or friends, without an exception! I honestly believe she deserves this award.
