When our air conditioning unit was temporarily broken, the nurses took it in stride. They followed protocol and took necessary steps to provide the best care of the children we serve and maintain their safety. While repairs were being made, the nurses expressed grace and positivity, arriving to every shift with smiles on their faces, and compassion in their hearts – just as they do any other shift. I am so proud to be a part of this team, and all that we do.
