Iona is described as "one of the best nurses in the hospital." She is the Florence Nightingale of the Hospital.
It is hard to differentiate between her approach to patients or to the staff
She is one great lady that others want to be like and be around
Always puts the patient first and makes herself available when help is needed
Receptive to teaching others and lending a hand
She is positive and has a warm personality and attention to detail
