I have worked in the medical field for 37 years. I have set doctors up in practice and trained staff. I have done front office and back office. I have taught CPR. So, I am very clear when someone is good. I have been extremely high risk since 2014 to present and I have had both good care and horrible care (but mostly good), so I know this is truly the first time I have ever experienced a team of doctors, nurses, PT, OT, phlebotomists, people that bring in food, and clean my room that is so engaging, kind, and respectful to the patient. My experience on 4K has been amazing. The best teamwork I have seen in a long time. PPMC is very lucky to have these amazing people working for you. I am very lucky to have known them.
