Ira R Davis, LPN
From the first interaction, Ira exemplified the meaning of service. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and cared for. I know Ira had a thousand things on his “to-do” list but while he worked with us, he made sure we were his only priority. Ira goes the extra mile every time we see him. On our first appointment, Ira even took time out of his lunch to walk us to a building where we had another appointment. Ira is the embodiment of the VA mission statement and values. Every time we have the fortunate opportunity to interact with Ira he goes above and beyond to help us. The VA needs to model its system around Ira – if everyone emulated his care and concern for the patient the VA would be the best system in America. Ira is an amazing man, and the VA is fortunate to have him. You Rule Ira!
