Iraidy has shown exceptional care in the short amount of time in this hospital. After the parents of a patient made the difficult decision to withdraw care on their child they did not have the courage to stand at the bedside and wait for their child to take their last breath. Iraidy took it upon herself to not only stay with this child but to cuddle this child for however long it took for this child to pass from minutes to hours. This is not an easy task for anyone, but she did it with so much love and grace and made sure that this patient got love until their last moment. I know Iraidy did not want praise for what she did she just did what she always does, take care of her patients with all she has. Iraidy, thank you for going the extra mile for this child and for being passionate about your work. Even in the most difficult moments, your genuine love for your patients shines through. You have inspired me!
