I was having a really bad day, a lot of emotions, and Irene came in and was so nice, I just started crying so bad and I haven’t been able to just cry. She stayed with me and listened to me when she has so many patients. I told her to go to her other patients since I was just crying over all of my problems, but she stayed and talked to me and helped me calm down and realized it’s okay to just break down. Thank you!
