Irene is very caring and compassionate. She cares about the whole patient and addresses all needs. She thinks critically and responds appropriately and timely to patient concerns. She anticipates the needs of her patients. She is proactive and does everything she can to prevent any decline in her patient's condition. She is excellent at responding to patient emergencies. All of the patients are her patient. She is ALWAYS a team player. Irene has a contagious laugh and brings joy to those around her. She doesn't complain and addresses issues collegially and professionally.
