Irina Azarova, RN, MSN is a nurse that takes a lot of pride in providing personalized nursing care for all of her patients and their family members.
With multiple nominations under her belt, Irina, was inevitably on the path to be honored with the DAISY Award here at Kaiser Permanente West Los Angeles. According to one nominator, “Irina epitomizes what to me is a Dream Nurse, so much so I will probably have parting anxiety when I leave. She has all the qualities for this career, kindness, listening ability, explaining, smiling, serious and charming. There isn’t one adjective that fits her but one, Perfect.”
“She takes her time getting to know her patients and makes sure their needs are met. Irina has a holistic approach to nursing. She knows that the physical well-being of her patients is important but she feels that their psycho-social well-being is just as important for true healing to occur.
