I would like to take a moment to express my feeling of gratitude for the great performance of Irina as charge nurse. As you know I have worked on all floors of this hospital and observed many great charge nurses but I believe that Irina has exceeded and adapted the role of charge nurse efficiently and above and beyond. She is extremely helpful to other nurses and all staff. The environment when she is charge flows very peacefully and smoothly because she is extremely organized, knowledgeable, and a loving person. Her support to the staff throughout the shift is extremely noticeable. She is an amazing team leader who praises not only the nurses but all staff. The communication is great so I am always informed of what is happening in the unit which helps me do my job more efficiently.
