Whenever I see this nurse at work, I take a second to mentally take a breath of relief because I know it is going to be a better night working alongside her. She is always present, both physically and mentally. She is very focused and a very attentive individual. She pays attention to the needs of her patients as well as other patients on the unit. Not only that, but she also pays attention to the needs of her co-workers. If she sees someone in need, she'll jump right in to help. She is a very kind-hearted person. She has a quiet manner and is very respectful when speaking or interacting with staff members and/or patients. She is kind and compassionate. Always doing the task the right way; whole-heartily; not halfway. Recently, we worked together one night on one of those busy nights when there was a shortage in staff with a full patient load. She did not complain at all but kept working one task after another throughout our night shift. She is a hardworking individual. I find her admirable and someone to be recognized as an outstanding role model.
