Iris Rutledge, RN
Iris is friendly, courteous, and professional. She reacts well in difficult situations. A family member said Iris was so patient and kind with her 84-year-old mother who had Alzheimer’s, her patience and kindness were nothing short of a miracle. Iris always gets the job done with skill and compassion.
Another patient said the care could not be better; Iris was constantly concerned about the patient’s well-being. The patient felt Iris was a real asset to the hospital and we are lucky to have such a motivated nurse, she made the patient feel comfortable and diminished her fears.
Another patient said Iris was a good listener, there was a situation brought to the physician’s attention, because of her assessment ability, a test was ordered that showed the patient had internal bleeding, Iris made a difference in the patient’s outcome. Iris stays focused on her job, showing compassion at the same time. Many patients are grateful for her skilled, professional, and compassionate nursing care.
