Irish Ann Erika Mosca was nominated because of her outstanding leadership. After fifteen years of working in their unit, the nominator claimed she could only conclude that this manager was the best she had ever worked with. She saw how this nurse developed into a knowledgeable member of the unit's staff before gradually becoming a leader. Despite the diversity of the staff in the unit, she never displayed partiality toward them; instead, she considered everyone's concerns, listened to their opinions, and resolved issues as needed.

Irish Ann Erika Mosca began leading the unit during a period of significant change, but she was able to successfully execute all the changes with the help of the entire staff, giving our patients high-quality care while also taking the unit's staff satisfaction into account. She is an excellent team player, mentor, adviser, and observer. She never fails to express her gratitude to the staff for the great job they do.
