Part A: If I had to score Irma, she would receive a 10 out of 10. My father had a stroke, and he had just lost his wife (my mother). They were married for 60 years. They had a love story that people only dream about. Our family has been in and out of Resurrection for the past two years. During this time, we have had wonderful care from everyone, but Irma was truly exceptional. I want to highlight her for her kindness, willingness, and knowledge of care she gave us. Her energy and heart speak for themselves. You cannot fake being passionate about your job. You really must feel it. Irma feels it 100%! My Dad is somewhat of a difficult patient because he cannot sit still. He needed extra assistance due to the stroke. Even though he was difficult and often angry, Irma respected his feelings and helped him with kindness. She monitored his heart rate, and when it was low, she alerted everyone. There is a lot more I could say about her many excellent qualities, but overall, Irma is outstanding! Thank you! You have created a lasting impression, and I will always be grateful for your care.
Part B: Being in the hospital is never a wonderful time. Having you as my nurse has made my stay better than I could ever have imagined. The level of care and concern you showed me has not only made me feel better but also smile. Knowing you are my nurse makes the day so much better. “Anything in life is possible with an IMAGINATION!!”
