Irma was a wonderful nurse. Irma’s kindness and warmth and bright spirit cheered me during every moment of my time with her. This morning when I despaired that high blood pressure would prevent me from going home, she sat with me and talked me off the ledge. Her knowledge, professionalism, skill, patience, willingness to answer questions and even bringing me tea makes her the absolute paragon of nurses!
