I can be a very difficult patient to have but you would never guess it because Irma just swooped in with a bright smile, sheer compassion, and did everything in her power to accommodate me and my demanding, nasty attitude and frustrations. She didn't deserve my sarcastic remarks and for those, I am truly apologetic and wish I could take my ill behavior back. But what I am trying to say is Irma is an outstanding RN both clinically and personally. She has a bright and cheerful attitude to serve and make her patients feel at ease.
