Isaac was recognized by a patient's family for his caring and gentle manner while taking care of their daughter. The patient was anxious about a needed procedure, however, Isaac calmed her nerves and made her feel like she was his only patient. The family feels that Isaac embodies all of the qualities to make him an exceptional nurse.
