Isaac has proven to be one of the best charge RNs I have worked for. You are never alone, he is fair and not afraid to jump in whenever he is needed, whether it is making a bed or doing compressions right beside you.
Isaac always has your back no matter the situation and he is very knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge, except scanning. Even though he doesn't get to be a "regular" nurse very often, he carries these same qualities in that aspect as well. He is very humble and doesn't get the thanks that he deserves. He has a great personality and just gets all of us through whatever the night has to throw at us.
Isaac, you are appreciated for all that you do, thank you.

I have heard during staff rounding that Isaac supports staff and creates a safe environment, he motivates the staff to provide excellence and is just plain awesome! He truly cares about his team.
