May 2023 Honoree
Isaac Llanos, RN
From the family of a patient who who passed away: Sometimes “life” is a choice between what hurts and what hurts worse. On more than one occasion the ER helped make my wife's condition manageable. I am sure you see people trying to function in a sorrowful world. Despite her complicated medical procedures, my wife was a fighter right to the end. So just in case in case you thought I missed seeing your expert skill, compassionate attention, and the process you used to provide immediate relief, I didn’t forget. Please accept this small token of appreciation to make my wife's final days less sorrowful. I so appreciate your kindness, the highest form of intelligence.
Thank you, Isaac, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
