Upon arriving at the room I was assigned, I was met by RN Isaac. He quickly got me settled in so that I could rest and begin my healing. He immediately noticed how uncomfortable my IV site was and changed it to a more comfortable location. That site change felt so much better. Each day, he was eager to begin work as my daytime RN. He made sure I was comfortable and promptly communicated the questions I had to the doctor. I could tell that Isaac was very empathetic, ensuring my needs were met and that I was as comfortable as possible while under his care. He excelled in care, compassion, and bedside manners. He took his time to learn more about my complex diagnosis, making me feel like family—like a patient and not just a number. Isaac is an extraordinary person: a highly skilled and extremely knowledgeable team player who consistently promotes the highest ethical standards.
