Isabel is a wonderful nurse. She treated both the patient (my husband and me) with the utmost kindness, compassion, and respect. She brought so much warmth and a calming presence whenever she came into the room. It helped calm our anxiety about being in a large hospital. We are small-town people who have trouble functioning in such a large facility. I think she was our nurse for only one night, but she stopped to see how we were doing the next day, even though she was not our nurse that day. Everyone we had contact with during the hospital stay was wonderful, but Isabel stood out among the rest of the great staff.
