Isabel Harding, RN

Isabel does excellent work for this department. She is not only a technically an awesome nurse, but a very valued employee for her contribution to the improved morale in this unit. She starts the day by greeting other staff with a kind word and a smile, and has been doing morning hug rounds with other staff. Her infectious positivity has made a remarkable difference in the atmosphere. This unit needed an Isabel to be a snowflake to start the avalanche of changed attitudes. I am proud to be her teammate.
