Isabel Harding 2, RN

Isabel is a kind leader, who radiates joy and positivity even during difficult times. The OR is fast-paced with a heavy workload, but Isabel takes care of the staff. She has empathy and resiliency that empower others to lift themselves up in challenging situations. Isabel is a model for and reminds staff of Shannon’s Core Values. She promotes a culture of respect, trust, support, and teamwork in the workplace. As a result, there has been a huge drop in the staff turnover rate. Isabel encourages the staff to voice out concerns and suggestions to improve processes in the organization. The Robotic program has flourished through her leadership. Isabel is not only a great nurse, but she is also a leader who encourages cooperation to achieve a vision. Her kindness and generosity not only inspire other nurses but also set an example for the community.
