My dad has been a patient in the CMICU for the past 11 weeks. Isabel has been with my dad and us from the very beginning. She has so much care and compassion and a heart that is so kind. She takes the time to tend to all of his needs and also cares to get to know all of us personally, as well. She treated him as if he was family.
After weeks, I had not seen him sit up and Isabel sent me a photo of him sitting on the side of the bed for the first time. It meant so much as I had to return to work and was missing him.
