Isabel has been doing an exceptional job as the weekend charge nurse. She conducts herself in a professional manner and treats staff with respect. Isabel takes ownership of the unit and empowers the staff to do the same. I enjoy receiving a report from her because she has a positive attitude even when it is very busy. Isabel is a role model that many nurses can follow at our facility because of her professionalism and her positive attitude.
