Our 86-year-old pap came in not understanding what was wrong, other than that he was feeling weak and had a few falls. His nurse, Ella, was absolutely amazing. She was so caring and gentle. Explaining everything and put up with all of the family. Careful to explain everything to all of us, probably multiple times. I think there were 10 visitors in the room at one point. She was the sweetest person and was very discreet around the very sensitive topics of approaching hospice vs. home health while also prioritizing his wants. Making sure he understood everything that was happening and also that we understood what needed to happen for us to help him after he was discharged.

When we found out he needed to wear a heart monitor at home for a week, the order didn’t go in till the afternoon. We thought he was going to have to stay in the hospital another day. But Ella literally saved the day! She found someone to do it on the weekend so that he could go home that very night. She truly made a really stressful situation as comfortable as humanly possible. The literal definition of above and beyond. We are so grateful. Thank you, Ella!

My 67-year-old dad has never been hospitalized before. It was very scary and unexpected when we found out his kidneys were in a state of failure, and he needed immediate medical attention. Ella was my dad’s nighttime nurse. She went above and beyond to make sure he was cared for, as if he was her own family member. She is very kind and intuitive about his needs, and she checked on him regularly. As a family member who’s not used to their dad needing medical care, it was a relief to see what great care she took of him. You can tell she has a passion for her job and took quality patient care to the next level! Thank you, Ella!

Thank you, Isabella, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
