Isabella Dietrich, RN

Isabella Dietrich is such a kindhearted, loving, and intelligent RN. Since she has come to this ICU, she has grown into someone I would trust with my own life and my loved ones in a heartbeat. The amount of attention to detail she gives to each of her patients makes me want to do better as well. 

We had been giving each other the same patient back and forth, and the work she has done for this patient each day is beautiful. The advocacy she has done for him and his family has been noticed by me and others. She's amazing. She deserves daisies, roses, all the flowers in the world. Keep smiling, keep your humor, and keep being you! You're amazing!
