Izzy has been a pivotal nurse on the adolescent unit. She is a strong resource for her coworkers, consistently attentive to patient needs, and highly skilled in adolescent nursing care.
Many staff members do not feel comfortable working with this population, but Izzy models confidence and competence, making her an excellent role model for anyone who wants to develop or strengthen their skills with adolescents.
