Isabella Oliden

I had Isabella Oliden in my Fall 1-2024 clinical term, and every clinical shift, she showed a caring attitude with her patients and her classmates. She took initiative and worked hard while she was with her assigned nurses. When a classmate wasn’t having a productive day with her assigned RN, Isabella checked with me to see if her classmate could work with her and the nurse to do a patient skill. Her classmate appreciated Isabella for helping her out by sharing her knowledge and taking the time to notice.
