Bella took care of me for 3 nights. Last night she had to do it without my family. She had learned what my personal needs were, and I got much rest. She worked closely with the residents, pharmacy, and other staff to meet the needs of my complex immunologic condition. She was always very gentle, never bumping lines, and keeping my body properly padded and sweat wiped away. She utilized a comprehensive approach to problem solve and not just focus on a single symptom in isolation.
